[insert something clever]
Okay, this has to be something catchy. "An irreverent, slightly skewed look at the sociopolitical..." No, too bookish. How about... "The missives and musings of a thirty-something Canuck who..." No, too much like an online dating profile. Man, this is a lot of crap. Think. Think. Why do I even bother with this? I hope I don't run out of friggin' spa

How is it that someone with so little respect for our parliamentary system is now our prime minister!? Gah! I don't remember even Mulroney Americanizing things so much so quickly.
Heather. Gah, indeed. Actually, I'm not necessarily opposed to the two reforms he's proposing, per se. Fixed dates in BC really haven't changed things much. On the Senate, the term limits won't even matter for some time given all the current members who will be grandfathered (pun unintended, but welcomed) in, and meaningful Senate reform is a whole other can of constitutional entrails. These current proposals amount to a whole lot of fluff. Sort of like Jean-Pierre Blackburn's hair.
You so totally ripped off my comment from kdough's yesterday.
Sheena. I see a comment where you repeated Myron Thompson's name three times as if it were some magical incantation. Is that the one?
Well, I'll have you know I've been saying the name Myron Thompson for years, sometimes at very inappropriate moments. As a result of having to get myself out of a jam where I uttered it once on a particularly intimate occasion, my pet name for my wife is now "My little toxin".
Cheezwhiz. When it comes to hair, Blackburn is no Pierre Pettrigrew, undisputed king of the coiff in the last Parliament.
Ok, well never mind myron and blackburn.. I'm a little freaked out over this guy right now:
